Meet the Chef

Joseph Stout

Chef Joe has worked in the foodservice industry for more than 20 years, perfecting his craft as executive chef & co-founder with a variety of culinary food-service concepts. His career blossomed at URJ Camp Harlam, where he oversaw foodservice operations for Jewish Kosher Style camp kitchen serving 3,000 wholesome meals and 2,000 fresh baked desserts a day (7) days a week with a team of 23 people and was promoted to a Food-service Director.

Chef Joe really loves the Chef Development side of the business as well with his mentorship and training people his knowledge in this culinary industry. Growing up in NJ and resided in Warren County Phillipsburg New Jersey, Chef Joe is passionate about scratch-made cooking and sourcing food locally & natural products that he believes in supporting local farmers and purveyors when you can. Bringing the benefits of Local- farm-to a mainstream. When outside of the kitchen, Chef Joe can be found spending time with his family or at one of his kids sporting events.
